The last shot is a still of him shaking hands with a man in a lab coat and then the news report cuts back to the reporter. There is a rumbling sound in the distance. The room starts to shake and the reporter says, "what was that?" The screen goes black and the title of the film comes up. this then fades and a title saying '3 years later' is along the bottom. An army of five or six people run through a forest/field towards a building. They run up to the top floor but one person is told to stay and keep guard on a lower floor.
